Even if you do fall off the wagon when it comes to your resolutions, there’s great news! You can pick up and get back on it again!
Be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far, and get pumped about continuing that work. Make yourself a note of what caused you to fall off the wagon. Was it stress? Chances are that it was.
Lifehack gave two great examples.
"If you know that alcohol makes you crave cigarettes and oversleep the next day cut back on it. If you know the morning rush before school makes you shout then get up earlier or prepare things the night before to make it easier on you."
If you find yourself losing steam, try making a list of all the ways that achieving your goal will help you in both the short term and long term.
