Roughly half of the United States makes resolutions for the coming year on Jan. 1. Are you one of them? Here’s some great advice on keeping it!

It’s the time of year that many people look to to make some resolutions. Roughly half of the United States makes resolutions for the coming year on Jan. 1. Laurie Dove took a look at the history of New Year’s Resolutions, and you can read about that here!

New Year’s Day is popular for resolutions, because it’s symbolic of a brand new year — new year, new you, right? However, you can make resolutions and start new goals on any day of the year.  Many choose to start at the beginning of the month, for easy tracking.
