LEGOLAND Christmas Bricktacular: An awesome holiday experience for LEGO fans

The holidays have come to LEGOLAND Florida. LEGOLAND Christmas Bricktacular transforms the theme park into a LEGO filled holiday wonderland.

Many kids dream of unwrapping boxes and boxes of LEGO on Christmas morning. The hours and days of entertainment that LEGO can bring are endless. LEGO sets give kids (and adults) a creative way to build imaginative structures, favorite characters and a countless of other objects. At LEGOLAND Florida, the holiday LEGO excitement is all season long with the LEGOLAND Christmas Bricktacular.

This year’s LEGOLAND Christmas Bricktacular runs for the most days ever. For nine days during December, LEGO fans will get to experience the holidays LEGO style. These special holiday event days fall on the December weekends as well as Christmas Day itself. The whole month of December is filled with LEGO awesomeness.

Visiting LEGOLAND is about making the LEGO magic come alive. LEGOs focus on kids’ imagination and creativity. Throughout the theme park, the kids can showcase their creative skills. One example is the LEGO holiday mosaic.

Guests are collaborating on making a LEGO mosaic for the holidays. Everyone can contribute their LEGO talents to the mosaic. By the end of the holiday season, the mosaic will be complete.

During the holiday season, the special photo opportunities make awesome holiday card pictures. New for this holiday season is the opportunity to have your picture taken in a life-size snow globe.

Even though guests can take their own photo of the kids in the snow globe, the official LEGOLAND photo shouldn’t be passed over. The addition of LEGO Santa and the snowy details make for a lovely holiday photo. This photo opportunity is located at the front of the park.

The life-size snow globe isn’t the only fun holiday photo op. Other options include photos with LEGO Santa, LEGO toy soldier, a gigantic LEGO Christmas tree and a LEGO wreath. Truthfully, the best option is to purchase a photo pass for the day.

This all-day photo pass gets all the photos throughout the park. From ride photos to special photo ops, all the pictures are loaded to the park’s app. One important tip: make sure to keep all the printed receipts at each location. If the picture doesn’t automatically add the pictures, you can go back to the receipt to find the photos.

Of course, the holiday events aren’t the only fun activities at LEGOLAND. Kids, and adults, must ride LEGO NINJAGO the Ride, which has won awards for one of the best virtual reality type rides. Who can resist becoming a ninja?  Only one ninja will have the highest score, though.

Other favorite rides include Ford Driving School and Quest for Chi. The majority of rides are appropriate for younger riders. The whole theme park is very family inclusive.

All throughout the park there is LEGO related fun. Even just looking at the mini-figure land can take a long time. The extreme details in all the displays can so mesmerizing. Truthfully, for many kids, that area can inspire their creations for a long time.
