What if J.K Rowling didn’t want to do any more Harry Potter things?

Harry Potter was brought to life by the brilliant J.K Rowling but what if she doesn’t want it anymore? What if she’s done with the Boy Who Lived?

Look, I don’t want to speculate about J.K Rowling. She’s given us the world and more but it seems as if her focus is everywhere these days. Not that she’s giving up on the series that brought her to us but that she has so many projects, I worry about what it means after the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them film series wraps up.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could get a Marauders series? (I will pitch this series until my dying day and if I continue to fail then so be it. It should have happened years ago. Give me young Sirius Black!) Or even just a small look into all the characters we love?

There is such a rich life to this series that it would be a shame to not fully explore it. But that doesn’t necessarily mean I want someone else doing it. Look, John Tiffany is fine but even Harry Potter and the Cursed Child lacked a little something in reading it because it didn’t come solely from J.K Rowling.

Maybe it is time. (Even writing that hurts.) But this series has been around for over twenty years now. Is the story of the wizarding world we hold so dear finally going to come to an end? Will we have to really say goodbye to Harry, Ron, and Hermione?

Do you think she’ll continue the series or stop after the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them films? Is our series finally going to come to an end from the queen herself? Sound off in the comments below and let us know your thoughts!
