Cyber Monday 2017: Target’s best deals and ad

Although Target’s deals are already available, you may want to try and jump on them on Monday itself — but that runs the risk of not snagging the top deals.

Like a lot of other retailers (looking at you, Amazon), Target is back with a primarily-online version of its Black Friday sales for Cyber Monday already.

Best Black Friday has a copy of the ad, and scrolling through, there’s a deal for a 12-piece GreenPan cooking set clocking in at $150. While that might seem pricey, the sweetener is that you’ll get a $40 gift card to use on a later purchase — something that you could easily combine with those 20% coupons from the Black Friday sale. Besides, if you’re going to host something this holiday season, a nice, matching set of pans might be a nice little way to show off.

In the media department, there are things like Tim Burton’s book version of A Nightmare Before Christmas (with illustrations he did himself) on sale for $10. It might not be great for certain kids, but a fan of the film in your life might appreciate it as a gift. Or, if you really need a Blu-Ray copy of Elf … that’s $10, too. Additionally, the ad points out that you can get an extra 10% off should you use Cartwheel, so that’s some serious sale stacking.

There’s also an Acer Chromebook you can pick up for $130 — which might come in handy if you’re planning to do holiday traveling and don’t want to haul a laptop everywhere with you.

There are some good toy sales, especially for people who have kids who love Paw Patrol on the gifts list — those toys are buy two, get one free. Pokémon trading card chests are also half off, but that might be a tough sell. Collectors tend to be very picky.

However, TV ads and sites like Best Black Friday confirm that the biggest draw for Target is that you’ll snag an extra 15% off online on Monday itself.
