Best Buy Cyber Monday ad 2017: Best deals

Not done with Best Buy’s sales this holiday season? Check out what’s on sale for Cyber Monday and what you should pick up.

After a Black Friday that saw the focus mostly go to games, Best Buy’s efforts for Cyber Monday seem to be a little more wide in the aim to discount as many products as possible. While not all sales have gone live just yet, sites like TheBlackFriday.com list some of the deals that are expected, including laptops, a portable speaker from the house brand Insignia, and a Linksys Wi-Fi router for half off.

If you’re hosting some relatives or friends this holiday season, you might want to consider the router, is all we’re saying.

Of course, as of this writing, Best Buy has hinted that there’s going to be more than just the few things third-party sites have picked up on. Indeed, it’s also confirmed already that you can go to a store and experience “most of the Cyber Monday sale” — so it might behoove you to stop by if you have some free time on the Monday after a holiday weekend, although the page also points out that some of these prices will last throughout the week.

(So why is it still a “Cyber Monday sale”? Because that’s what everyone’s looking for, of course!)

Regardless, TheBlackFriday has a copy of the ad from last year. Just by skimming, the old ad focuses on things like TVs and entertainment systems — some of the higher-priced electronics that someone who’s looking to host again might be in the market for to ensure an optimal holiday party experience.

Should you jump on these deals and prices? In general, it’s hard to resist the allure of a discount — and the next sale of a similar magnitude probably won’t hit until after Christmas Day, so it’s not unwise to jump now. It’s always possible to make a return if you see a better price during this sale week, even from Best Buy itself.
