Apple products, like the iPad and MacBook Pro

Forget the iPhone X. While some of the lucky folks of us will be crowding around the table showing off our new phone or beating back the haters, it’s worth noting that Apple does a lot more for the tech industry than playing catch-up in smartphones. In fact, I find that their best products are actually their tablets and laptops, which are all equally sturdy, portable and high-functioning.

And when you have something as reliable as an Apple product, it comes at a price. So Black Friday is the best time of year to take the plunge and find some good deals, if only so you can get with the program and stopping dealing with that hokey tablet that you got from your cell provider during a promotion for $1. Just go ahead and head to Best Buy and snag a good Apple deal.

Bose headphones

There’s little I can accomplish throughout the day without a pair of headphones in. Because I’m easily distracted and enjoy an eclectic collection of music, I need a pair of headphones that can keep up with me. Last year, I bought a pair of Bose Bluetooth Noise-Canceling Headphones and it was the greatest thing I’d done in a while, especially right before I started traveling through Europe. Unfortunately, I paid full price, but if you can snag a pair during Black Friday, you won’t regret it.
