Yuletide classics at SeaWorld’s Christmas celebration

While the ocean is filled with amazing sights, SeaWorld blends yuletide classics with the wonder of the sea this holiday season. For many people, the classic holiday tales of Rudolph and Friends are synonymous with the holiday season. Rulolph’s Christmas Town returns to SeaWorld Orlando.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and his friends comes to live in Rudolph’s Christmas Town. The classic tale is transformed into life size vignettes. As guests stroll through Christmas Town, they can meet their favorite characters like Rudolph, Yukon Cornelius and Bumble. Bumbles bounce, right?

Classic Christmas characters aren’t the only reason to visit SeaWorld. The beautiful Sea of Trees is a visual masterpiece. Over 100 trees filled a watery landscape. As the music plays, the Christmas trees illuminate the water. It’s definitely a breathtaking holiday moment.

Of course, SeaWorld makes sure that its sea life enjoys the holiday spirit. Clyde and Seamore, the mischievous sea lions, and their friends put on a holiday show. Shamu’s Christmas Miracles incorporates glowing candles and lights into Shamu’s holiday show.

Lastly, guests can stroll through the Christmas Market for both shopping and eating. The market area features entertainment and lots of great Christmas gifts. Plus, guests can imbibe on a holiday cocktail or a yummy holiday bite while gazing on the Sea of Trees.

SeaWorld Orlando’s Christmas event runs from Nov. 24 through Dec. 31, 2017. A new holiday event begins on Jan. 1, 2018. Many of the events are included with park admission.
