20 nonbinary creators you need to keep an eye out for

Ajax Bell
No matter the task, Ajax always has the right pair of shoes for it. A background in library sciences and a lifetime of pencil pushing together left Ajax with a rich fantasy life and a compulsive need to write it down.
They have three published books in the Queen City Boys series — Bad Reputation, This Charming Man and Just Like Honey — and a novella called Star Quality.
The Queen City Boys series takes place in Seattle over several generations, “telling the explicit adventures of an eclectic group of gay friends as they find their way through the ends and beginnings of their most important relationships.”
Ajax’s life dream is to “own a genetically altered hippopotamus the size of a small dog.”

J.S. Fields
J.S. Fields is a nonbinary scientist who has spent “too much time around organic solvents.” She writes science and science fiction.
Her latest fiction series, Ardulum, is described as a “queer Firefly,” which is really a great way to just take all of my money. The first two books are available on Amazon.
Ardulum has quite a few different types of nonbinary characters, some of whom have point of view chapters! She also wrote Spalted Wood, which is a history of wood coloration caused by fungi. It is the only history on the subject so far.
When not writing, she enjoys roller derby, woodturning, making chainmail by hand and cultivating fungi in the back of minivans.
You can find her on her website and on Twitter at @galactoglucoman.
