The new Wrinkle in Time trailer is here and it is everything we want and more!

Everyone is anxiously waiting for A Wrinkle in Time to come out. And while we wait, Ava DuVernay just gave us a new trailer that is to die for!

A Wrinkle in Time is an important movie for a lot of us. Mainly girls but still, it is a story we can all find hope in. So why are we so excited today? Well, Ava decided to gift us all with a new trailer at the American Music Awards.

And honestly, it is perfect. It gives us everything you’d want from A Wrinkle in Time and more. For those who don’t know the story, it follows Meg Murry as she and her youngest brother search for their father.

And while it is a story of many people searching to try and save Dr. Alex Murry and the world, it is mainly about the power in believing in yourself. The fact that it is Meg, a young girl, learning about this makes it so much better.

Did I sit and cry while watching this? Yes, obviously. This movie is going to be so inspiring for so many people, especially little girls. So why wouldn’t we get emotional? Ava does an incredible job with just the trailer so I, personally, cannot wait to see what she does with the whole movie!

And after seeing this trailer, I hope she continues the series as well (that’s right, there are more stories for Meg Murry ahead). Will the twins be a part of it going forth? Will we get to see the Murray parents reunited in this film? We’ll have to wait and see but either way, we’re excited!
