GameStop Black Friday ad 2017: Best deals

For the gamer in your life, check out GameStop’s Black Friday deals. Even better is if you’re a gamer yourself, so you can add a few deals to your own list.

Games are an important part of life. Believe me — I bought the Nintendo Switch for two games (Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey). But games are also expensive.

And if you have a gamer in your family, it’s probably tough to buy them games within a budget.

Thankfully, GameStop’s Black Friday deals are here to save your budget and your Christmas list. Take a look at the full ad here.

In the market for a console? They have the PS4 for $100 off (now just $199) plus a $50 Gamestop gift card. And if you’re not opposed to buying something used, you can get an Xbox 360 for free after a mail-in rebate.

Nintendo, much like Apple products, does not have the Switch or its games on sale. However, two charging stations for the Joy-Con (one Zelda, one Mario) are on sale for just $25. Coming from someone who dropped a lot of money at the midnight release of the Switch, any Switch products you can get at a discount are a deal.

Games themselves have a multitude of different options. You can get Overwatch and Fallout 4 for $30 (not the most recent games, but still high-rated and fun to play). Or what about The Last of Us for only $10? The $20 pricetag will also net you the fantastic Uncharted 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. $25 will net you The Witcher 3. Even South Park’s The Fractured But Whole is marked down to $40, which is still a little pricey but not as bad as the standard $60 tag.

That’s not a bad haul. And if you shop in their pre-owned games section, it’s buy-two-get-one-free.

Also, don’t waste $10 on No Man’s Sky. Just leave it on the shelf. Back away or put it toward Cuphead.
