Diplo took major aim at Taylor Swift during his recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine and her fans have taken to Twitter in retaliation.

According to a new report, the 38-year-old DJ, who was once linked to Swift’s longtime nemesis Katy Perry, took a cheap shot at Swift when he suggested that people didn’t actually like to listen to her music while discussing streaming tunes.

Diplo actually thinks people don’t like Taylor Swift’s music?!

“They want to listen to ‘Rockstar’ and ‘Bodak Yellow.’ They don’t want to listen to, like, ‘Look What You Made Me Do,’ ” he explained to Rolling Stone magazine, according to a report on November 6 by Hollywood Life.

In a second quote, Diplo said that the Swift songs that are played on the radio aren’t relatable at all and never have been. Instead, he went on, he prefers artists such as Post Malone over Swift.

Taylor Swift’s fans haven’t reacted well to his comments

As Hollywood Life revealed, Swift fans took aim at Diplo after his Swift diss and in response, he turned off the comments section of his social media pages and deleted his latest Instagram posts after they were flooded with backlash and hateful posts from fans. Diplo also took to Twitter to tell Swift’s fans to relax and claimed “All To Well” was one of his favorite songs.

This isn’t the first time Diplo took aim at Swift. As fans may recall, the DJ poked fun at Swift’s allegedly flat butt and suggested he start her a kickstarter campaign for a larger backside. Years later, he told British GQ that the comment was the biggest mistake of his life.
