Man Crush Monday: Leslie Odom Jr. can sing to our soul

We love Man Crush Monday and this week, we have a singing dreamboat as our favorite this week. Let’s gush about Leslie Odom Jr.!

This week, our Man Crush Monday goes out to none other than Aaron Burr himself! Leslie Odom Jr. stars in Murder on the Orient Express and that means we are ready to swoon! He’s not the first star of Murder that we’ve covered for Man Crush Monday. One week, we took on Kenneth Branagh in all his dramatic glory.

But there is something so dreamy about Leslie. He’s been around for quite sometime. A Broadway boy who made quite the smash onto TV. (Get it, because he was on Smash?)

From there, we thought we’d only ever see him in little roles or on Broadway, but then Lin-Manuel Miranda had a different idea. Leslie was forced into the spotlight as he became the narrator and star of Hamilton.

Obviously we all know who Leslie is now, and it is so great to see his career grow. Especially since a lot of us have been tracking his career since Smash ourselves. And let’s be honest, while Branagh’s mustache is pretty incredible, the best looking guy we have in Murder on the Orient Express is definitely Leslie Odom Jr.

And who doesn’t want to look at that charming face? He’s an incredible actor, an amazing singer and he’s easy on the eyes. Is there anything that Leslie Odom Jr. can’t do? Probably nothing but lucky for us, we still have a lot of things to see from him! And we can’t wait to see what else Leslie brings to us.
