Crazy Ex-Girlfriend season 3 episode 4: Josh’s Ex-Girlfriend Is Crazy

Well, the time has come for Rebecca Bunch on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. She finally goes full crazy, and believe you me, it was quite the extravaganza.

Previously, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend deposited the idea to us that Rebecca Bunch is not really crazy. Well, that’s not exactly true. And as a result, our recap will be a bit different this week because the episode was different.

It was written like a movie, one where Rebecca realizes the crazy girl usually dies in the end. Basically, the entire episode is Rebecca Bunch finding her breaking point and targeting Josh in a way that actually makes you feel a little bad for him.

Obviously, there are other storylines involved (like Heather and Hector getting together and White Josh admitting he doesn’t want a baby to Daryl). But the main focus was on Rebecca falling apart. At the end of her movie, she goes back to a youth hostel she’s staying in to avoid all her friends.

While they’re all looking for Rebecca, Donna calls Naomi to try and help Rebecca in whatever way she can. But in the end, Rebecca realizes that her life isn’t going to be like Swim Fan and her revenge would, ultimately, hurt her more than it would hurt Josh Chan.

So instead, she sleeps with Greg’s dad while drunk at a bar.

And who doesn’t love a good Josh Groban cameo? Honestly, this episode was weird but perfect. Rebecca broke down and finally realized that she might need help. So at the end, she tells her mother that she’ll come home.

What does that mean for Rebecca and West Covina? Well, we’ll have to see, but hopefully, she doesn’t sleep with Greg’s dad anymore (yeah, that’s right, that happened).
