We all wondered how Taylor Swift could top her fifth studio album and chart-topper 1989 but she, once again is proving us all that she can.

According to Big Machine Records, Target and ABC, Swift’s sixth studio album reputation is the biggest pre-order in Target’s history. The album has already sold over 400k units, making these sales double the amount of what Target received for 1989 a week before its release.

The pre-order numbers include purchases at iTunes, Walmart, Target, Amazon and Swift’s website, but all in all, Target has had the biggest number ratio for a music pre-sale with reputation. If reputation has already sold over 400k copies, then we have no doubt that she will sell more than 1 million during street week. This is an impressive feat for Swift and one that proves that she is still at the top of her game.

Swift has released four songs from the album including, “…Ready For It?”, “Look What You Made Me Do,” “Gorgeous,” and “Call It What You Want”. Each track has charted and has been very successful on the iTunes charts, and there is no doubt in our minds that reputation as an album will do the exact same as her singles.
