A list of some deep (and not so deep) thoughts and observations on the third episode of the seventh season of Once Upon a Time.
Last Friday’s episode of Once Upon a Time saw Cinderella (Dania Ramirez) forming an alliance with Tiana (Mekia Cox) in order to defeat Lady Tremaine (Gabrielle Anwar), with Henry (Andrew J. West), Regina (Lana Parrilla), and Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) coming to their aid. Meanwhile, in Hyperion Heights, Jacinda (Ramirez) prevents Victoria (Anwar) from destroying Lucy’s (Alison Fernandez) community garden.
Here are the many thoughts I had while watching “The Garden of Forking Truths.”
1. Awwww! Cindy’s looking for her true love!
2. Uh-oh! Guards! She can dodge, though, it’s cool.

4. J and Luce are writing letters to each other? Cue my heart breaking.
5. The Hyperion Heights Wishing Well reminds me of the Castle Playground. Oh, season one.
6. A pow wow at Regina’s Roni’s! I’m still not used to that name. I’m just going to keep calling her Regina.
7. Hi, Wish Hook Rogers! Yeah, not calling you that, either.
8. They’re scheming, I tells you.
9. The actors behind Adult Henry and Young Henry are exactly alike.
10. “So I’m research guy. Fun.” Poor guy. Baby steps!
11. Regina acting as if she’s still mayor. I love it.
12. Why do I have a feeling that letter won’t be delivered?
13. Tiana is recruiting Cindy for the Resistance!
14. Awwww! Cindy is leaving her glass slipper behind for Henry to find!
15. See? See? What did I say? Of course, she wants to demolish the garden. Vicky needs to go.
16. Rumple Weaver… what are you up to now? I still don’t know his M.O. and I want to find out.

23. What was that look Tiana gave Hook, and why? Were Hook and Tiana involved? Did they have a past together? More importantly: Where’s Naveen?

33. Lady T was waiting for Cindy. Creep.
33. Ohhhh! The sketch was of a coffin! It’s a coffin!
34. Lady T killed her father!?
35. It’s not her father? It’s a girl? Anastasia? Oh, her stepsister! Cindy killed her stepsister? Can’t believe how well preserved her body is.
