The V500 is an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global entertainment industry. The list is updated annually, showcasing accomplishments from its members over the last 12 months. Each person chosen was selected by the Variety editorial board.
Several people who have made the list alongside Swift is the Chairman of Disney, Robert Iger, actor Bradley Cooper, author and producer J.K. Rowling, pop singer Beyonce, and more. But the most popular to make the list is miss Swift herself. She’s the highest paid woman in music, has garnered several awards and accomplishments, has made history more than once and is filled with generosity. She’s an icon and a legend. We are to not have any reason to doubt why Variety chose her to be at the top of the list.
