The woes of trying to score Cursed Child tickets

Everyone tried today and most failed to get Cursed Child tickets. At least it is nice to know that you are not alone! We’re all struggling

Look, we’ve all tried to get Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tickets. Whether you were fan verified or not, StubHub still beat most of us to the punch. And honestly? It kind of hurts that it was that hard to get a ticket.

Not because we don’t know what happens, us Potter freaks have already read the play. But to think that we spent our whole lives going through this journey together and now some of us can’t even see it? It’s strange.

Am I bitter? Yes. Mainly because I run a website dedicated to the series and didn’t even get fan verified to try and get tickets before StubHub.

To make matters worse, you can definitely by tickets now on online. You just have to pay, at minimum, $1,000 (usually more) to see it. That’s absolutely insane. Do I think they needed to come up with a better set up to get tickets?

Yes, hands down. Fans of the series should have had an option. Simply going online and fill out a survey or do something rather than let ticket sites end up raising prices and making it impossible for some of us to go. Literally, we grew up with the series and we can’t get tickets.

It’s impossible and heartbreaking to know that a lot of us will have to wait months to see it. Hopefully soon they’ll sort their system out.
