There are officially 24 days left until the release of Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated sixth studio album reputation.

After the long Taylor Swift drought of hearing nothing, we are finally getting another album and we only have 24 days to go. If you can’t sense our excitement, then there must be something wrong. We’ve been waiting for ages, and it’s finally almost here.

Swift has been very secretive about what’s to come but we love speculating what she has up her sleeve, even if we are way off in our theories. It’s officially Swift season, which can only mean a few things: our countdowns are in full effect and our release day plans are written in pen.

While we’ve been planning, we still don’t know much about the album. But after Secret Sessions and subtle hints, here is what we do know about the album so far:

The Album is Lyrically Sharper and More Emotionally Complex than 1989:

According to a source at Rolling Stone, reputation is lyrically sharper and more emotionally complex than her previous albums. We sure have a lot to look forward to!

It Is Better Than Red:

Yes, we said it. The album is allegedly better than the album that should’ve won a Grammy. Red is by far the best album Swift has ever put out, and according to fans, the album created the season of Autumn. It’s lyrically a masterpiece and musically a genius piece of artwork. So, when fans who have attended the reputation Secret Sessions say it is better than Red, do we believe them? We think we have to.

We are not ready!

The Album Will Arrive in Full on November 10:

Swift is a mastermind when it comes to building up hype for an album while remaining super secretive. The album was announced in August, and we still only know two tracks (“Look What You Made Me Do,” “…Ready For It?”) . The next 13 tracks will be revealed on November 10 via Big Machine Records.

The Target Edition Has Two Special Edition Magazines:

If you purchase or pre-order the album from Target, you will receive two 72 page magazines. These magazines will only be sold exclusively at Target. What’s in the magazines? According to Target’s website, you’ll be receiving a piece of Taylor’s world and writing. “You’ll get an exclusive peek into Taylor’s world like you’ve never experienced before — 72 pages of her personal poetry and photos, artwork, hand-written lyrics, a behind-the-scenes glimpse at her ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ video and more.”

Each Song Will be Personal:

We’ve seen it already and it’s nothing new but it seems that this album will be the most personal one yet. This means it certainly will be the most emotionally complex album to date, and we aren’t really sure if we’re ready for it but we really want the album. If you aren’t sure how personal Swift could get, just watch the “Look What You Made Me Do” music video.
