FYE and Nickelodeon are making ’90s kids’ dreams come true! Reptar Bars are here. And they’ll even turn your tongue green.
Childhood me is screaming right now. Reptar Bars are real. And you can buy them now.
Anyone who knows anything about Rugrats knows how big the Godzilla-like T. Rex Reptar was world. Tommy and his friends were obsessed. Tommy loved his Reptar, there was a Reptar amusement park, Reptar on Ice, and tons of Reptar merch, including, of course, Reptar Bars.
Now FYE has partnered with Nickelodeon to bring the iconic Rugrats candy back to the real world. And, yes, it does turn your tongue green.
As SlashFilm notes, Angelica says,
"A Reptar bar is chocolate, and nuts, and caramel and green stuff and it’s swirled and stirred and rippled and beaten and sweetened, and sweetened till you can’t stop eatin’. The superest, the duperest, the double chocolate scoop-erest, the meanest the best it’s better than the rest. Reptar Bar, Reptar Bar, the candy bar supreme, the candy bar that turns your tongue green!"
The real world Reptar Bars aren’t quite like the ones on the show. They’re not dinosaur-shaped and they’re milk chocolate bars with bright green frosting. But still, it’s amazing. And it looks delicious. Chocolate and frosting? Yes, please. The ’90s nostalgia is real.
That said, these limited edition bars are hard to come by. You can check with an FYE near you to see if you can go buy the treats in time for Halloween or you can pre-order a box of 24 for $69.99, but they’re not available until December.
FYE also has Reptar cereal, which you can buy for $12.99 and looks amazing, and a Reptar with Cereal Funko Pop figure, which you can buy for $14.99.

Both ’90s nostalgia and limited edition merch for fans have been huge recently from Tamagotchis coming back to the insanity of the Rick and Morty Szechuan sauce.
I’m so excited that Rugrats is getting in on the action.
