Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” has fiercely taken the lead in every race over the last month and it’s still winning victoriously.
After being out for a little over a month, Taylor Swift’s lead single “Look What You Made Me Do” from her upcoming album reputation is still making history and smashing records. According to Headline Planet, the track is the fastest-selling track by a female artist this year, selling more than 700k pure copies in the U.S. alone.
But that’s not all. “Look” is also in the lead to become No.1 at pop radio for this weeks tracking period (October 8-14). “Look” has received 13,916 spins during the first six days of the October 8-14 tracking week and they are continuing to rise. This count is up %15.3 since last weeks tracking week. This means that the song will have no problem hitting the No.1 spot over at pop radio.
“Look What You Made Me Do” will be Swift’s ninth No.1 at pop radio. Her other songs that have previously topped the chart include “Love Story,” “Blank Space,” “You Belong With Me,” “Wildest Dreams,” “I Knew You Were Trouble,” “Shake It Off,” “Style” and “Bad Blood”.
This is another record-breaking hit for Swift, which proves that she is still the best in the industry. If “Look What You Made Me Do” has been this successful, can you imagine how successful the rest of reputation will be? We can’t wait to find out.
