Pink wishes she never took a side in the ongoing feud between her fellow musicians, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.

During a new interview with the Los Angeles Times, the mother of two recalled her recent appearance on a London radio show, during which she declared herself “Team Taylor” when asked to pick a side.

Speaking to the L.A. Times, via People magazine, Pink said that she should’ve kept her mouth shut because she doesn’t believe in taking sides. She also said that she doesn’t care about the singer’s feud and explained that she only said she was “Team Swift” because she felt rushed and was unsure of what to do.

“I paid for it, because then the next day: ‘Pink is Team Taylor,’ ” she explained.

As Pink explained to the L.A. Times, she nearly got “caught up” in the singers’ spat and doesn’t want to regress in such a way. As she noted, she is a mother of two kids, six-year-old daughter Willow Sage and nine-month-old Jameson Moon. So, she simply has bigger fish to fry.

“I’m not inclined toward drama and feuds and soundbites,” she said.

Pink shares her two children with BMX star Carey Hart, who she married in 2006 after proposing to the rider at one of his races in Mammoth, California. As fans may know, Pink and Hart have been on and off at times but appear to be in a great place currently and recently attended the MTV VMAs together.
