Crazy Ex-Girlfriend season 3 preview: Done with men? Maybe?

Everyone is obsessed with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend but Rebecca is more interested in Josh Chan, and is that going to be a constant in season 3 yet again?

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend returns to our screens this week, so we’re going to look at where the show left off. Remember Rebecca’s wedding? Basically, she went crazy (this time quite literally) and decided to marry Josh.

It is pretty bonkers since Rebecca was in love with Greg, Nathaniel and Josh last season. So to start of season 3, what are we getting? First, Rebecca doesn’t seem to be letting her failed wedding go. Not in a bad sense but rather in the sense that she is going to destroy him.

That’s right, our sweet Rebecca Bunch is letting the Josh Chan debacle of season 2 go down without a fight. In a sneak peek of season 3, thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we see Rebecca and her lovely band of ladies singing about men (which happens quite frequently on this show).

It is ’80s-esque and makes us want to be back in the days of Earth Girls Are Easy.

What are my fears for season 3? Well, to be quite honest, Josh Chan is the worst. I guess that’s the point, but that doesn’t mean I want a whole season of Rebecca trying to destroy him, because that means he’s still a focal point in Rebecca’s life. I’d much rather her try to get back in contact with Greg or even explore a new relationship with Nathaniel. Just something more productive then going after Josh, who gave up an amazing job to work stock.

I just think that this show runs the risk of going down Josh Chan lane again and again. I love it and everything it has done so far, I just hope that they don’t try and give us “but Josh Chan isn’t that bad” over and over.
