Somewhere, Taylor Swift is sticking out her tongue.

According to a new report, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are back in touch after a messy encounter on Instagram last year.

Although the former couple hasn’t been seen together for nearly two years, a Life & Style magazine report this week suggested that Bieber recently reached out to Gomez after learning of her kidney transplant, which Gomez confirmed last month on Instagram.

Selena Gomez’s kidney transplant brought her and Justin Bieber together

“He was shocked” by the news of Gomez’s surgery, an insider said, adding Bieber called Gomez’s mom to see what had happened. According to the insider, Bieber told Mandy Teefy that he was sorry for the way he treated Gomez during their relationship and promised he has grown up in the years since the end of their relationship.

From there, Gomez and Bieber reconciled and, according to the report, they are allegedly making plans to meet up. They are also said to be texting one another frequently, despite Gomez’s relationship with The Weeknd.

Taylor Swift isn’t a fan of Justin Bieber

As fans may recall, Swift made her feelings toward Bieber and his past relationship with Gomez quite clear at an awards show years ago. At the time, Swift and Gomez were walking with one another backstage when Gomez suddenly left her presence to greet her former boyfriend. In turn, Swift turned away and stuck out her tongue.
