Jason Isaacs lived long enough to see himself become the hero

Every Potter fan knows that Jason Isaacs had been a villain for some time. But now, it seems, he is the Star Trek captain of our dreams.

Lucius Malfoy may have terrified you but Jason Isaacs went from villain to hero. That’s right, the Harry Potter star went from Malfoy to Hook to now playing the captain of the Discovery on Star Trek: Discovery.

And if you’re like my, it is a little confusing. Not because Jason isn’t an incredible actor who can play anything. On the contrary. He looks like he’s going to do an incredible job on the show. But I am a Potter fan first and foremost.

So to me, he’s always been Lucius Malfoy. So it’s a little confusing to suddenly be looking at this hero and fear for my life. Even though I know he’s a good guy. But it is fun because it is like that famed The Dark Knight quote in reverse.

He didn’t die a villain, so he lived long enough to see himself become a hero. And honestly, good for him. From his political stand and his vocal outpouring about everything going on in this world, Jason Isaacs is one of the good ones.

So to see him succeeding is incredible! Not only is he consistently working but now he’s in a Star Trek TV show. And honestly, that is pretty incredible. Even if he will always been the evil father of Draco Malfoy. Lucius may be evil, but Jason is proving to be more and more amazing with every passing day!
