Jason Isaacs isn’t here for your Sean Spicer antics and we love it!

It is clear now that Jason Isaacs lived long enough to see himself become the hero. That is when it comes to his take down of American politics.

Jason Isaacs hasn’t exactly been quiet about his ‘opinions’ on American politics. In fact, at the Harry Potter celebration earlier this year, he made it very clear where he stood. And while the rest of Hollywood seemed to forget how Sean Spcier lied to the American public for weeks, Isaacs wasn’t about that life.

Taking to Instagram to post about his excitement at getting to forget about the world at large for a night, Jason pointed out how terrible it was how everyone was reacting to the former press secretary.

For those who don’t know, Spicer had a bit on the Emmys and everyone then seemed so happy to pose and take pictures with a man they all aggressively hated a few months before. Jason Isaacs wasn’t there to play nice though. Instead, he pointed out that Sean Spicer’s actions against the American people should not be brushed aside.

We shouldn’t forget what Sean did simply because he went along with a bit and posted with pictures. Jason was a little more colorful with his depiction though.

Now while we might not refer to Spicer as “a giant festering abscess”, Isaacs is right. We shouldn’t just laugh everything off because he did a fun bit with Colbert. After all, isn’t that how Trump got elected after Fallon and Saturday Night Live helped to normalize the things he said?
