Remember when we had no idea what TS6 would be called and names from the track list didn’t exist? And now we have a title, a cover, and track names to two songs.

We love both songs but our favorite of the week is the promo song “…Ready For It?” Why did we choose this one over “Look What You Made Me Do” for song of the week? Well, in case you didn’t know, we’ve been listening to the track on repeat for the past 24 hours.

When we found out “…Ready For It?” was going to be the opening track for reputation, our jaws dropped. This is, in fact, one of the greatest opening tracks Swift has released. Can you imagine what the song will sound like on tour? It’s bound to be a dance party.

The baseline is perhaps our favorite part of the track but that’s not all. We can’t help but want to dissect the lyrics and learn that the track could perhaps be a story mixed with sarcasm. You can tell if you dig deep enough that Swift is addressing the media and their perception of her as a maneater. The entire track is laced with sarcasm, which is what makes it so effortlessly Swift when it comes to this era.

listen to the track below and let us know what your favorite Swift song is this week by sounding off in the comments or tweeting us @FansOfTaylorFS. We can’t wait to hear from you.
