Jim and Pam’s Wedding, The Office

The events that transpired at Beesly-Halpert rehearsal dinner—including, but not limited to, Jim accidentally revealing the couples’ pregnancy to Meemaw—were already set to make Jim and Pam’s union unforgettable.

But just leave it to the Dunder Mifflin crew to take things a step further on the actual wedding day.

As viewers, we got the best of both worlds for Jim and Pam’s long-awaited marriage in “Niagara: Part 2.” On one hand, we saw the romantic, tear-inducing ceremony on the Maid of the Mist IV, which Jim had planned ahead of time, fearing that his bridal party and co-workers might do…exactly what they ended up doing.

That, of course, is one of the most memorable wedding entrances of all time, inspired by the JK Wedding Entrance Dance and set to (regrettably) Chris Brown’s “Forever,” in a pop-culture reference that was tired even before The Office did it (and, thus, was part of the joke).

But Jim and Pam aren’t horrified by the cooption of their wedding ceremony because, of course, nothing could top the one they already had.

The hour-long episode was viewed by almost 10 million people. And, unlike almost every other fictional wedding on this list, you really could have attended Jim and Pam’s secret wedding on the Maid of the Mist! According to Mindy Kaling, the boat “didn’t want to turn tourists away from taking the trip, so there were tons of actual visitors on the boat who just happened to get an eyeful of the nuptials!” Much respect to those tourists for not spoiling the details of Jim and Pam’s special day ahead of the episode’s airing.
