Looking back on all the most memorable weddings in pop culture—in television, movies, music, books, and, of course, real life.

Weddings and “Summer Lovin'” may go hand-in-hand, but in reality, more and more real-life lovebirds are choosing to say “I do” in the fall, according to The Knot.

With that being the case, as the fall TV season ramps up and the air turns crisp, we’re thinking back on all the most memorable weddings in pop culture—in television, movies, music, books, and, of course, real life.

Just ask the Stark family about wedding tragedy.

Let’s take a look at 15 of the most unforgettable weddings in pop culture history ranked by how memorable they’d be to attend. Memorable is the key word here, because some of these weddings certainly weren’t happily-ever-afters.
