Need another reason to love Anna Kendrick? Well, she went to her book launch in a pair of pajamas like the icon that she truly is.

You know what the perfect look is? Pajamas and a book. And Anna Kendrick showed us that it can be worn in public, too! Now, as someone who loves Anna Kendrick very much, this just makes her even more amazing.

Wearing PJs to your own book launch? How iconic is that? Basically, as reported by Hello Giggles, Scrappy Little Nobody was released in paperback and Anna rolled up into the Barnes and Noble in Union Square to deliver some extra copies.

Now here’s the thing: this could pass as an elaborate pant suit. Which says a lot about how she carries herself. And also how amazing these pjs are.

It helps that Anna Kendrick is rocking a pair of pretty amazing heels and a great bag. Maybe we should all try this look. Think my cat boxer shorts and sweatshirt will look this cool in a pair of pumps and a nice bag? No? Just Anna can do it? Okay, yeah, you’re right.

And ever the queen she is (she did marry her prince for a hot second in Into the Woods), Anna looks incredible. Even when she’s pushing a dolly full of her books.
