Rachel Bloom shows us time and time again how amazing she is. From her work on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend to her flip out over Patti LuPone at the Tony Awards, we love her! But now she’s telling us how much she makes for her acting on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and it’s not exactly what we think.

Basically, Rachel isn’t sure what she makes. Not because she has so much cash coming in she just doesn’t keep track but rather that it goes through in bulk from her writing on the show and other aspects.

Wealthsimple shared an interview with Rachel Bloom where she talked about her salary and how much she was making before compared to her new income with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. What’s very interesting in this interview is Rachel’s take on her status in the world.

"We were objectively upper middle class. I really don’t discount my privilege when I look at all of the opportunities I’ve been given."

Upbringing

It’s interesting to me because A) she has worked harder than most to get what she wants and B) this isn’t something I expected. Rachel Bloom always has a way about her that she worked hard for what she was given and respects it that much more.

Now this isn’t to discount anything she’s done but it is surprising that she’s managed to stay as humble as she is with her upbringing as well as success. She’s one of the nicest stars out there and continues to give opportunities to those around her.

Basically she’s amazing. So personally I’m very happy to say that Rachel Bloom makes anywhere from $50,000 dollars to $60,000 dollars per episode. That’s nothing compared to other stars but at least we have someone to look up to in Rachel Bloom.
