‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ Broadway cast revealed

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is coming to Broadway, but what about its cast?

According to the Harry Potter and The Cursed Child NYC official facebook page, we have our actors for the Broadway version of the astonishing play. Playing at the Lyric Theatre on Broadway, home to a wonderful amount of shows in the past, will hold the two part play next Spring. The show will start previews in March 2018 with an April 22nd planned opening, right now.

But what about the cast? Well, get excited, the seven main actors who played the roles originally will be back to play their roles here in America!

According to Broadway.com,

"“We have assembled an extraordinary cast for Broadway,” said director John Tiffany. “Our Cursed Child family is growing with twenty-eight brilliant new actors bringing their unique talents to our production. I also can’t wait to dive back into it with seven of our original London cast members reprising their thrilling performances for New York audiences. The adventure continues.”"

The cast will be:

Jamie Parker will reprise his turn as Harry Potter, Noma Dumezweni as Hermione Granger, Paul Thornley as Ron Weasley, Poppy Miller as Ginny Potter, Sam Clemmett as Albus Potter, Alex Price as Draco Malfoy and Anthony Boyle as Scorpius Malfoy.

There will also be an ensemble of 28 actors.

Ticket info was also announced, which is as follows:

For the Broadway production will go on sale on Oct 12 with Ticketmaster Verified Fan process. For those who don’t know, you sign up to get a code, the code gets you a ticket!

First, you need to do registration for ticket access: which opens Oct 1 at 10AM EDT and close Oct 5 at 10PM EDT.

Then, using the code you received you buy tickets, but only if you have a code.
