Call Me By Your Name is going to be the Armie Hammer look (and film) we all deserve

Armie Hammer is a well liked guy and he’s pretty fun to look at too. But the trailer for Call Me By Your Name may be his best look yet!

If you ever questioned the love some of us have for Armie Hammer, you won’t after watching the trailer for Call Me By Your Name. The thing is, it’s like they finally found how to make Armie work in a movie. For those who don’t know, he’s exceptionally tall. Something that many films seem to struggle with.

While a lot of his costars are also tall, it seems to weigh heavier on Hammer than anyone else. So often times he seems awkward on camera and it’s not his fault. The only time it really works to his advantage are in The Social Network or The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Both movies where his costars are also really tall. (The Social Network was spent sitting or standing beside himself so it worked out nicely.)

So watching this trailer, which is about a man who comes to visit a family in the summer where he seemingly falls in love with the young son, makes you fall in love with Armie Hammer. Which is weird given the context of the story.

But truly, it is a look we can all appreciate it. You can watch the trailer here. Because really, you have to see it before we start to talk about it.

Now that you’ve seen it, you want to know more about Armie Hammer, right? Or, if you’re like me, the love you always had for him will reignite. In fact, I would love if my future husband just dressed like Armie in this trailer.

That’d be really nice.
