Taylor Swift Nominated for VMA

It’s been announced that Taylor Swift is nominated for an MTV VMA award. This alone proves that Swift will never truly be off the map.

There is no doubt that it’s been a hard year for Swifties. She hasn’t released an album since 2014, and she’s also been largely silent on Twitter and Instagram. We haven’t seen her out in public in ages, which gives everyone the impression that she’s fallen off the face of the earth. But has she really?

Not entirely.

Swift is always on the map whether she’s in hiding or she’s not. The MTV VMA’s has recognized swift for her collaboration with Zayn Malik on the song “I Don’t Want To Live Forever”. The nomination is a true statement to how much power Swift still holds, even when she hasn’t released anything else in ages.

The track has been all over the radio for months now, which doesn’t come as a surprise to us. It’s a jam, and we’re thrilled to see it nominated. Swift is still making a huge impact in the industry, and we all love her for it. What she does matters, and we’re happy that people are still taking notice of that.

We can’t wait to see if Swift and Malik take this one home.
