3. One of the Stark siblings will make it to Winterfell
This one’s a pretty obvious guess, really. Arya specifically told Nymeria she was headed north (presumably to see Winterfell one last time before she goes to try and kill Cersei as she told Ed Sheeran, who will be Ed Sheeran even as he wears Lannister armor).
However, Arya’s not the only Stark turning towards home. Since arriving at the Wall, we haven’t really seen or heard from Bran, either. He’ll need the help of Meera Reed to actually get anywhere, but there’s nothing for them at Castle Black.
It could be that we even get a double reunion: Arya meets Jon on the road, while Bran makes it home to Sansa at Winterfell. That could provide two emotional punches to people who support the Starks. Bran missing Jon would be a nice bit of dramatic irony. He and Arya were also quite close.
However, it’s not necessarily the most likely outcome. Jon arrives on Dragonstone in the next episode per the trailer, so it wouldn’t make sense to show him on the road as well.
That’s why we’re going to hedge our bets and just say that a Stark will make it to Winterfell.
