12. The Rock vs. a silverback gorilla

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is a unique beast out in the world today, as one of the few who seemingly dominates everything he does. He’s the biggest movie star in Hollywood, had a successful WWE career, and even had success as a college football player at the University of Florida.

One of the big things The Rock does on social media, whether he’s training for a match or preparing for a big movie role, is compare himself to a silverback gorilla. We’ve seen it on Facebook, Instagram, and all over the place on the Internet, and it’s a pretty fitting image.

He’s even called out silverback gorillas in an Instagram post, calling himself the dangerous silverback in a portrait featuring him and his spirit animal.

The Rock can obviously talk the talk, but now it’s time to find out if he can walk the walk. He could probably take the gorilla in a battle and put up a solid fight in the process, so it’s time to make it happen.

I feel like The Rock would take this matchup in a heartbeat, and this would be a huge moneymaker and a true dream match if it ever went down. Imagine The Rock delivering a Rock Bottom or a People’s Elbow on an actual silverback gorilla, and taking the crown as a true king of the jungle by beating his own spirit animal. This would be talked about for ages and would be ten times better than any match The Rock and John Cena had.
