Taylor Swift Spends Time With Her Parents, Source Claims She’s ‘Really Focused’ On Her New Music

Taylor Swift reportedly spent her Fourth of July with her mom and dad, Scott and Andrea Swift.

Rather than enjoy time with friends, the singer is reportedly focused on keeping a low profile as she prepares for the upcoming release of her new music, which is expected to be available by the end of the year.

Swift is “really focused on working on her new music” right now, a source revealed to Entertainment Tonight on July 5. She’s “just in focus mode.”

She’s also been enjoying some downtime with her family, who were seen at her Rhode Island home earlier this week.

“She’s spending time with her family … just doing her,” the source added.

When will Taylor Swift’s new album be released?

Months ago, a source claimed Swift’s new music would likely become available sometime this fall.

“Taylor’s been quietly recording new music for a couple of months,” a source told Us Weekly in May. “She’s aiming to release an album this fall.”

While chatting with BBC News, Sheeran said that fans would be hearing new tracks from his longtime friend around Christmastime.

“Taylor [Swift] isn’t going to be releasing until probably the end of this year — Christmas is the smartest time to release because that’s when everyone buys records,” he said, according to a report by Entertainment Weekly.

Swift and Sheeran have been close friends for several years but haven’t been seen together for some time. As fans may recall, Sheeran took a public hiatus a couple of years ago, prior to Swift doing the same.
