Taylor Swift is reportedly planning to introduce her friends to her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, on the 4th of July.

As the singer prepares for what is expected to be a blowout party in honor of the holiday on Tuesday, a report claims Swift will soon reunite with her girl squad in an effort to get them acquainted with her new man.

“With her favorite holiday around the corner, Taylor will once again get together with her squad and hopes to share fun selfies with her hunk with the world,” a source told Hollywood Life at the end of last month. “Things are rock solid between them so she feels comfortable and confident enough to make their budding romance more public.”

“Taylor is ready and excited to share her newest romance with all her fans,” the source continued. “She’s been keeping it under wraps to give it room to grow into a strong, healthy, relationship. She hasn’t always had the best luck with boys so she wants to be patient and take things slow with Joe, which has been working great!”

Taylor Swift reportedly kept her romance secret for months

While Swift and Alwyn have been seen on a couple of occasions in recent weeks, a report in May claimed the couple has actually been seeing one another in secret since their potential first encounter in October.

As People magazine explained at the time, Swift and Alwyn were caught together at a Kings of Leon concert in New York City in October 2016.
