Taylor Swift’s BFF Selena Gomez Can’t Wait To Double Date

Taylor Swift’s longtime friend Selena Gomez is reportedly excited for her future double dates with Joe Alwyn and The Weeknd.

According to a new report, the 24-year-old singer and actress is looking forward to the upcoming end of the her boyfriend’s Starboy: Legend of the Fall Tour coming to an end so that she and Swift can reunite.

“Selena [Gomez] is looking forward to Abel [Tesfaye a.k.a. The Weeknd]‘s tour being over so they can hang out more and do normal couple things,” a source close to Gomez told Hollywood Life on July 2. “She does enjoy being in different parts of the world with him though. It’s always romantic that they can spend nights with each other in different cities. But at the end of the day she wants to be a homebody with him.”

“She is also eager to go on fun double dates with Taylor [Swift],” the insider said. “She is dying to do normal relationship things and once his tour is over she is going to make sure that she dives into all of that.”

In January, Gomez and the singer went public and months later, they made their red carpet debut at the Met Gala in New York City. Meanwhile, Swift was staying out of the spotlight as she worked on her upcoming album and enjoyed time with Alwyn.
