Professor Flitwick and Sprout are the OTP you didn’t know you needed

Good to know that even the stranger OTPs can become cannon because, apparently, Professor Flitwick and Sprout were a couple!

Buzzfeed pointed out something about Professor Flitwick and Professor Sprout that we never knew before. In a special edition copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, we learned that not only were Flitwick and Sprout friendly because of their work but also because the two were once romantically linked.

Now that’s one OTP that no one thought of. Or who knows, maybe there is fanfiction out there already for these two. The internet is a weird place so anything really is possible.

On the page talking about the heads of Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, this little tidbit of information surfaced that had all our fanfiction driven brains reeving up.

"Professor Sprout had a long-term relationship with fellow teacher Professor Flitwick. Sadly it didn’t work out but they remain friends."

So what does that mean for their relationships now? Well, who knows, but maybe these two lovers turned friends can still find their way back to each other. I mean, we do have fanfiction to go on now. Just imagine all those scenes in the green house!

Truly will missed out on the greatest love story in the Harry Potter series! Can we go back and redo all the movies with this love story woven in? How cool would that have been? Just two professors, in love.
