Joe Alwyn just got big news.
According to a new report, the British actor has scored a gig working alongside Margot Robbie and Saoirse Ronan in “Mary Queen of Scots.”
“The Working Title and Focus Features project, which will be helmed by Josie Rourke, chronicles the historical family rivalry between Elizabeth and Mary, when the latter attempted to overthrow her cousin’s seat on the English thrown,” The Hollywood Reporter announced to readers on June 13.

After being spotted in the U.K. for the very first time, Swift and Alwyn traveled to Nashville, Tennessee, where they reportedly enjoyed spending quality time with Swift’s family.

As the outlet revealed, Swift rented a home in North London after striking up a romance with the actor and went to extreme lengths to keep her identity in town under wraps.
“Taylor has flown in via private jets and her security has made it a military-like mission to prevent her from being seen,” the source said. “She’s been walking around with Joe in London using disguises, like scarves and hats, to keep her identity under wraps. Nobody has a clue they’ve been walking past a music superstar – not even her new neighbours.”
