When did Taylor Swift’s alleged romance with Joe Alwyn begin?

Although there’s no real way of knowing when exactly the couple reportedly began dating, a new report suggests the couple was first spotted together at a concert in October of last year.

On May 24, People magazine shared a report about the rumored romance, claiming that after Swift and Alwyn were seen attending a Kings of Leon concert with her girlfriends, Swift turned up at a screening for Alwyn’s movie, Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk, in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance at the screening were Swift’s friends, the Haim sisters, and her mother, Andrea.

Taylor Swift is keeping her rumored romance under wraps

“Taylor has been insanely private about her relationship with Joe,” a source told the magazine in their latest issue. “She wanted to get to know him without any chaos. She has learned from the past.”

As for Alwyn, the magazine’s insider said the British actor was a “very normal, down-to-earth guy.”

“He’s private and low-key,” the source added.

Taylor Swift dated two celebrities in 2016 before her alleged romance began

Prior to her rumored romance with Joe Alwyn, Swift was involved in a 15-month relationship with Calvin Harris before striking up a relationship with Tom Hiddleston. As fans may recall, Swift and Hiddleston were first spotted on the beach together in Rhode Island and later visited a number of countries around the world, including the U.K., Italy, and Australia, before ultimately calling it quits at the end of summer.
