Taylor Swift won’t go down without a fight if her former boyfriend, Calvin Harris, and her rumored nemesis, Katy Perry, team up for a diss track.

Days after Harris’ upcoming collaboration with Perry was confirmed, a source claims Swift isn’t afraid to “fire back” at their potential song against her.

“Taylor is watching closely to what Katy, Calvin or even Kanye West might say about her in upcoming tracks,” an insider told Hollywood Life on May 11. “She’s determined to have the last word on any diss tracks aimed at her. She does not want to be anyone’s doormat and will defend herself.”

Taylor Swift could use her feuds for inspiration

With her sixth studio album coming soon, Swift could pull inspiration from the ongoing tension between herself and Perry or her past relationship with Harris.

“Taylor is no stranger to clapping back on social media or in her own music,” the source added. “She has been working long and hard on her album and may update her lyrics accordingly. Taylor refused to be bullied by anyone, and while her first instinct will always be to rise above the ugly mudslinging, she’s also making it clear that if someone takes shots at her, she will fire back if needed.”

Harris’ album is due out on June 30.
