Are New Taylor Swift Songs Coming Soon? The Vamps Are Hoping For A Collaboration

Taylor Swift may be headed for a collaboration with The Vamps — at least that’s what they are hoping for.

During a recent Twitter Q&A with the Press Association, the guys of the band, including James McVey, Brad Simpson, Connor Ball and Tristan Evans, spoke of their desire to work with Swift as well as her longtime friend, Ed Sheeran.

“We’ve got a load of collaborations on our upcoming album, which is very exciting, and we don’t want to give anything away. But we’d love to collaborate with Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift… aiming high!” Simpson explained, via the UK’s Daily Record.

The band recently kicked off their Middle Of The Night Tour.

Taylor Swift is working on new music

As she remains out of the spotlight following a couple of breakups in 2016, Swift is said to be hard at work on her new album.

In April, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Swift “has been busy working on her upcoming album” in Nashville, Tennessee.

While Swift also has homes in Los Angeles and Rhode Island, she hasn’t been seen in either area in recent weeks and she’s also been absent on social media for weeks.

When will Taylor Swift’s new album be released?

According to Sheeran, Swift’s new album will likely be available to fans later this year.

“Taylor [Swift] isn’t going to be releasing until probably the end of this year — Christmas is the smartest time to release because that’s when everyone buys records,” he said during an interview with BBC in March, via Entertainment Weekly.
