Secret Diary of a Call Girl – Showtime Anytime

I would watch anything that has Billie Piper in it, but Secretly Diary of a Call Girl is a really great show. It’s sexy and smart, and will have you addicted by the very first episode.

Set in London, Secret Diary is the story of a 27 year old Londoner, who leads a double life. Hannah leads her parents and loved ones to believe she is a legal secretary, but she really works as Belle at a posh escort service. She lives a super swanky lifestyle, but the strain of keeping her lives a secret from the others starts to wear on her.

She struggles to maintain personal relationships, as you can imagine, and has trouble keeping things separated. Although you are most invested in Hannah, you can’t help but be completely enthralled with Belle. Each week, and with every new client, we get to satisfy the voyeur in us by watching her transform into her clients’ fantasies.

There’s quite a bit of steamy love scenes, and if you watch closely enough, you can catch a cameo by her former co-star and Eleventh Doctor, Matt Smith. It’s a total guilty pleasure that you don’t really have to feel all that guilty about.
