When you’re as terrible a politician as Selina Meyer, you have to compensate in other ways. For this erstwhile Vice President, it mostly means foul-mouthed insults and giant hissy fits. But it also means dressing so sharply you will cut your opponents to ribbons if they come near you.

Selina’s beleaguered political career is a bit of an embarrassment, to say the least. The woman just can’t catch a professional break, although most of her bad luck is due to her own incompetence. But if there is one thing that Selina is good at, it’s looking amazing at all times. I mean it. This lady always looks good, and I just don’t know how she hides all the stress.

For a hot second, Selina was the President of the United States, and during her short tenure, she wore some of the best-fitting outfits I’ve ever seen on television. Whether she’s rocking separates, body-conscious dresses, or the occasional pair of pants for a short outing, this woman looked polished and pulled together. Too bad she can’t transfer some of that grace into her political career.

At least she can still look good while living in her sister’s brownstone and after another visit to the “spa.”
