Caroline Forbes – The Vampire Diaries
Caroline Forbes is the most resourceful lady I know, and most of that isn’t even due to her status as a vampire. She gets stuff done, and if you’re her friend, you can totally reap the benefits of that tenacity. She is one of the most reliably competent people in her close circle, and she’s saved her friends’ lives more time than you could count over the years.
Long before she was ever turned into a vampire, Caroline was the go-to for pretty much ever problem that arose in Mystic Falls. She was the def acto boss of the gang, and for good reason. She managed that motley bunch better than they could manage themselves. Whether she was researching magic spells, finding ancient witches, or concocting elaborate plots to cover up their supernatural shenanigans, she was the best at it all.
Caroline somehow always inherently knew what it took to save her universe, but somehow, she couldn’t sort out the bad decisions in her dating life. One after another, she picked ill-fated relationships and continued to get hurt. Being her bestie means you’ll have to put up with a fair amount of regret (on her part) and Pinot Grigio (which nobody minds, anyway).
