Barry Allen – The Flash
Barry is just a good guy. Sweet, thoughtful, humble, and downright earnest. Even if he wasn’t a badass superhero with the ability to defy the laws of physics, he’d be a really great friend.
However, the whole “super human speed” thing has it’s perks. As a person who is habitually and tragically late to every thing I attempt, Barry could come in handy in about a million different ways. For one, he could always be my back up plan when I’m running to late to drive myself or when the Uber hasn’t shown up. All I would have to do is make a quick call, and Barry would show up as the Flash, and we’d be at my destination lickety split. My biggest problem would be making sure my hair could withstand the trip.
Also, if we were best friends, that would probably mean I also lived in Century City. This means I would inevitably come into contact with countless villains and bad guys. With Barry as a bestie, I am guaranteed protection from even the most obscure threats of evil. Of course Barry would dash to his best friend’s defense. As a mere mortal, I can’t be left to my own defenses.
