What Harry Potter Universal Studios Means to the Fan in Us All

If you ever get the chance to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios, it is truly something magical to be a part of.

The first time you step into the Harry Potter park in Universal, everything about your trip becomes magical. To put this into perspective, I’ve been to the park twice now. And both times I cried as you turn that corner and enter Diagon Alley.

The thing is, it is just really amazing. So while you can think it’ll be cheesy and not really worth your time, rethink that. It’s everything you want your childhood to be and more. Because to feel like you are in Hogwarts and getting to experience the magic you’ve always dreamed of is really what this series is all about.

That’s just Hogwarts! That’s not even the most magical view in the whole park! That would have to go to this lovely view of Diagon Alley.

For any Potter fan, the first thing we ever saw of the magical world was this view. We turned the corner with Harry and we were thrust into this new world we never knew existed. So getting to see that in person? There really isn’t anything like it in the world.

And that’s just two aspects of this wonderful creation. With the restaurants and the stores, it is a fully immersing experience that words don’t really begin to explain. If you can, you just have to see it.

So while I know that it is not realistic to tell everyone to go to the theme park, it truly is magical for the Harry Potter fan in us all. It makes us remember why we love the series and why it continues to live on even after the books have ended.
