The New Doctor Who Season 10 Trailer is Here and We’re Excited

We’re waiting for the new season and now the season 10 Doctor Who trailer has us all on the edge of our seats and afraid of what it holds for us.

Our hopes after the Doctor Who trailer are pretty high but let us not forget other rumors circulating today. So fair, the news is that Peter Capaldi is not the only person leaving the show at the end of the year.

According to the Sun, Pearl Mackie will also not be returning as Bill Potts. Apparently there were shake ups with the BBC and Chris Chibnall and she won’t survive past one season. Which is terrible since Bill seems to be awesome in everything we’ve seen her in.

She’s the second woman of color companion in the newly rebooted series. She’s also the show’s first openly gay character. So while we still don’t know if the rumors are true or not, we hope that Bill gets to stay past Capaldi’s Doctor! That’s not fair to her or this amazing character we’re getting.

But from what we can tell with this trailer, we’re going to have a lot of emotions going into season 10. From strange aliens to hints at the Doctor’s regeneration, this last season is surely going to be one we don’t want to miss!

And really, any regeneration scene is heartbreaking. We never want to see the Doctor go and especially not Peter Capaldi’s Doctor!
